Each project begins with a detailed 2-hour consultation and staging report. A plan is put into place which will allow you to sell your home quickly and for the best price possible! Most home sellers are aware their home needs to be presented well in order for it to sell, but often are overwhelmed as far as where to begin. Let us guide you through the necessary steps to take the overwhelm out of selling your home.

PACKAGES

Each project begins with a detailed consultation and staging report, so a plan is put into place to allow you to sell your home quickly and for the best price possible.*

THE "DIY" PACKAGE - $250

This package involves an intensive in-home consultation utilizing a detailed and customized Staging Report to keep track of everything that will be required to get your home the best price possible! We follow a room design process that ensures maximum return on investment. This service is designed to provide you with all the tools and information you need to perform the staging work yourself in the form of a detailed report.

The consultation time is up to 2 hours and covers the following:

Detailed interview via phone to understand the scope of the project
Buyer demographic to design for the typical buyer in your area
Checklists for each room
Open house checklist as well as showing instructions
Curb appeal suggestions
Recommended furniture arrangement
De-cluttering suggestions, de-personalizing suggestions and utilizing the most space in each room
Color advice as well as emotional connection points in each space

You will receive all of the information needed to stage your home yourself.

MINI-MAKEOVER POWER STAGING: $650

The mini-makeover power staging package is designed to follow the detailed Staging Report and we will work together to stage the main areas of the home. You would be surprised at the difference just a few hours can make utilizing what you already own!

This service can take up to 4 hours in the home and 2 hours of planning and prep time and includes:

Kitchen staging and organization strategies
Main living area staging and emotional connection point set up
Main bathroom staging design
Other key areas if time allows
Essential staging accessories will be brought in as example only to provide you with a visual shopping list of what you can purchase on your own to modernize and set the stage for buyers to love your home
Before/After photos will be taken

THE ULTIMATE STAGE & 1 DAY MAKEOVER: $950

The ultimate package for the larger home that requires more than a few hours of work. This service extends the time together to include a day of tackling the Staging Report and getting your home photo ready.

This service can take up to 7 hours in the home with over 2 hours of planning prep time and includes:

Kitchen staging and organizational strategies
Main living area staging and emotional connection point set up
Main bathroom, master bedroom and bath design
If time allows, any other key living areas can be addressed
Staging accessories will be brought in as example to give you a visual shopping list to purchase items that will assist buyers falling in love with your home
Before/after photos of your staged rooms

OPEN HOUSE OR NEW LISTING STAGING WEEKEND PACKAGE: $1750

This package is designed to alleviate all of the stress out of staging and provides a stellar first impression for the home that is just about to go on the market or have an open house.

Aligned In Style will spend two days prior to the new listing or open house transforming your home into its best version.

We can do all of the staging work for you and stage all the main areas of your home
Essential staging accessories will be shown as a visual shopping list of what to purchase
Before/after photos

POWER SHOPPING: $75 per hour

We will establish a budget and shop for those accessories that serve as investments in the sale of your home. I am an expert at sourcing the most ideal accessories at the most reasonable cost!

RECOMMENDATIONS:

For staging appointments, we recommend the following prior to your appointment:

Pack away all unnecessary items, such as: clothing, dishes, books, video games, magazines, fridge magnets, bills, and any additional clutter.
Professionally clean the home inside and out.
Clean all windows
Paint all interior walls a neutral color
Remove personal photos and artwork from walls. Leave it accessible for possible use.
Tend to outdoor landscaping needs; mulch, trimming, etc.

*Packages are for homes up to 2500-3000 sq. ft. Larger homes may have additional time charge.
