This client's kitchen work area became a catch all and was not a useable space. Potential buyers would have had a difficult time even noticing it's purpose. After providing an intentional space, the "after" was very pleasing.

Before this loft lacked proper lighting and aspects that would allow a potential buyer to picture themselves lounging in this spectacular area. With the addition and small investment of accessories & utilizing the homeowner's items on hand, we were able to transform this loft into a welcoming space.

This client's dining room needed a style upgrade to get ready for sale. Have a beautiful place setting and the proper scale of accessories allows buyers to imagine themselves living in this home.

With a limited budget, we brightened up this family room to prepare for a showing. Adding comfort points and better lighting and just a few accessories it made a big difference.
